Mr. Gregory Hill - Chairman
Mr. Hill is the Managing Director of Ansa Merchant Bank, Trinidad & Tobago. He brings to the board, two decades of extensive executive and managerial experience in all areas of Banking and Financial Services, with an expansive business and client network throughout the Caribbean, US, UK and Asia.
Mr. Rolf Phillips - Executive Director

With more than 30 years experience in international and retail banking, Rolf has led the team at Consolidated Finance since January 2013, after previously working at First Caribbean and Barclays in Barbados, the Cayman Islands and St. Lucia.

In his current role as President of Consolidated Finance, Rolf is responsible for the development and execution of strategy, the delivery of financial results, the leadership of staff, good governance of the entity, regulatory compliance and management of risks.

Mr. Stephen R. Edghill - Independent Director

Mr. Edghill is a past President/CEO of ANSA McAL (Barbados) Limited with more than forty years’ experience in the business sector.

He holds several directorships on both local and offshore companies’ Boards.

Mr. Jeffrey Gellineau - Independent Director

Mr. Gellineau is a past managing partner of KPMG Barbados with extensive experience in managing and providing audit and other advisory services to clients locally, regionally and internationally in the public and private sectors.

This involved inter alia, assessment of clients’ internal controls and making recommendations for improvement as well as assessing clients’ business risks to ensure that they are adequately addressed. He is a member of The Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados.

Mary J. Mahabir - Independent Director

Mary is the founder of Lex Caribbean, the formation of which created the first and only pan-Caribbean law firm in the CARICOM region. She is the senior partner of the firm and its former managing partner. Mary currently heads the Corporate Commercial and Finance Group. She has been practicing at the Bar in Barbados for over thirty years, and is also called to the Bar in Trinidad & Tobago. Her vast experience in both the local and international business sectors, spans across the areas of corporate and commercial law, corporate finance, trusts and real estate. She had led major transactions in all of these areas.

In the area of corporate law, Mary has extensive knowledge in dealing with restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, share and assets sale and purchases, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, shareholder rights and corporate governance. She has worked in various sectors and advises on a broad range of commercial issues, including employment, pensions, insurance and commercial contracts, and her clients include major local and international companies.

She has a depth of experience in the area of corporate finance, advising on major capital market transactions and government financing transactions, including bond issues, commercial paper, complex loan arrangements, participations, inter-creditor arrangements and security sharing arrangements. She is well-versed in regulatory issues and requirements concerning both local and offshore lending institutions.

In the area of real estate, Mary has advised developers on effective structuring arrangements for both commercial and residential developments and has represented vendors and purchasers in various types of real estate structures. She has also represented major companies in complex lease arrangements.

Mary is a former member of the Ernst & Young Global Legal Network and a former director of Trust Services at Ernst & Young Trust Corporation.

She has written and edited a number of articles in the areas of corporate law, trusts, tax planning and property law, including "Parity with NAFTA and other Opportunities and Challenges Confronting Barbados and the Caribbean" (co-edited), and the regulation of mergers and joint ventures for the publication "Getting the Deal Done". She is a member of the International Bar Association, the Foreign Lawyers Forum of the American Bar Association and an associate member of the Canadian Bar Association.

Mary's involvement in the business and wider community is extensive. She is a member and former Vice-President of the Barbados Chamber of Commerce & Industry, a member and former director of the Barbados International Business Association and a member and former secretary of the Barbados Chapter of the International Fiscal Association. She sat for a number of years on the Council of the Barbados Bar Association and established its group health insurance plan. Among her many other accolades, Mary is a member of the Barbados National Trust and the Royal Commonwealth Society and is also the legal adviser to the Barbados Arts Council and the Barbados Council for the Disabled.

Mr. Nicholas Mouttet - Non-Executive Director

Effective August 1st, 2011, Mr. Mouttet assumed the post of President and Chief Executive Officer of the ANSA McAL (Barbados) Ltd. Group of Companies. Previously, he held the positions of Group Marketing Manager at the Bermudez Group Limited, and General Manager of Bermudez Biscuit Company before joining the ANSA McAL Group in 2003.

He is the former Managing Director of Abel Building Solutions (ABS) Group of Companies, the third largest subsidiary in the Group, comprising 5 divisions in the manufacturing and construction sectors and employing approximately 700 people. His leadership at ABS allowed for the successful commissioning and pay back of two of the largest block plants in the region and the world and the award of the largest supply contract in the Trinidad and Tobago's history valued at BDS $67 Million (TT $200 Million).

Mr. Mouttet previously held the position of Senior Sales & Marketing Manager for the Caribbean for Nabisco and Kraft International and has over 16 years’ experience in marketing and sales regionally. He has over the years developed a strong background in development, implementation and/or restructuring of sales and distribution systems, and has a proven track record in new product development and launch execution, with special emphasis on the Caribbean marketplace. Mr. Mouttet holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration with a minor in International Business from Florida International University.

He was actively involved in social work in Trinidad and served as the President of the Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA) for 3 years and a member of the Board for 7 years. Mr. Mouttet was also a Director on the Board of Trinidad & Tobago Manufacturers Association (TTMA) for approximately 4 years. He was also Chairman of TTMA’s Social Infrastructure Committee and the Steering Committee for Improving Labour Productivity through internal Corporate Social Responsibility Project, and a member of TTMA’s Crime Committee. In addition, he has worked with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Inter- American Development Bank (IADB) and Vision on Mission (an organization that helps to rehabilitate and find employment for former prison inmates and deportees).

Lydia McCollin - Corporate Secretary

Lydia joined Consolidated Finance Co. Limited in July 2012 after working for ANSA McAL (Barbados) Limited, First Caribbean International Bank (Barbados) Ltd and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Barbados, The Bahamas and St. Lucia. As Vice President, Finance & Operations for Consolidated Finance Co. Limited, Lydia possesses more than 20 years of experience in the field of auditing and finance.

In her role, Lydia is responsible for financial planning and analysis, financial performance measurement, project reporting as well as financial and operations oversight for the Company.

Lydia is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and also a graduate of the ANSA McAL Executive Development Program with the University of the West Indies.
